It’s a beautiful building, most amazing materials used, wonderfully furnished apartment with small balcony and a tiny view (through buildings opposite the road) to see the sea but overlooking the beautiful kept gardens. Garden furniture of the highest quality. Pool area is great. Housekeeping is very, very friendly and attentive. When we arrived we were shown the property and the fridge had water, juice and yoghurts in it. Coffee pads and little snacks were left for us to use. Plenty of parking in the grounds. Loved the keyless door system. We had an amazing, relaxing time and would definitely come back.

The apartment is beautiful, with a great view, very modern, clean and spacious. The owners are great and responsive. We would definitely come again.

Very nice and clean apartment with 3 double beds. Chicken equipped with all that you need. Excellent communication with the host.

Fantastic property and location. just down the block was a market and great pizza place. And right down our street was the town center, there were no stairs, so we could stroll down with our stroller. There were shops, restaurants, cafes, playground for kids, the beach. The apartment is lovely and has everything you could think of. Highly recommend this place!

Sea Loft Quinto - A due passi dal mare is a beachfront property situated in Genova, less than 1 km from Bagni Europa Beach and 2.7 km from Spiaggia Sturla. Very modern and clean apartment with everything you need for a good stay. I liked method of check-in, we got code to open the door so we could arrive whenever we wanted. In the flat there is everything you need in the kitchen (tools, pots, freezer and fridge, even supplies like olive oil, salt), in the bathroom (washing machine, towels, soap, paper toilet, heater) and there is also AC, TV and proared guide for local places.
